Consultation
Behaviour 1 to 1's are on veterinary referral only, which means your referring vet needs to fill out the referral form that can be found below.
Once the referral details and medical history have been received, you will be sent a behaviour history form to fill out and return to Charlotte.
The introductory consultation will be arranged after all forms are received. This is theory based and can last up to three hours depending on the case.
Follow up consultations are to support you with your treatment plan and can last up to an hour. The total number of follow up's will vary between cases.
Basic training is not on veterinary referral but do require a medical history to be sent to Charlotte
